Can I trademark a logo and a name together?
A combined logo (device + wordmark) can be filed as a single application. To protect the name independently you would file a separate wordmark application, which we can advise on.
Do I own the logo design?
Yes. On delivery you receive full ownership of the final logo and the source files, and the trademark is filed in your name.
