1. Not a Law Firm / No Attorney–Client Relationship
KanoonPe is a technology and facilitation platform. It is not a law firm, a chartered accountancy firm or a company secretarial firm, and it does not provide legal representation. Your use of the Platform does not create an attorney–client relationship with KanoonPe. Consistent with Rule 36 of the Bar Council of India Rules, KanoonPe does not solicit legal work or advertise legal services; regulated work is performed by independent professionals in their own professional capacity.
2. No Legal Advice
The content on the Platform — including articles, guides, checklists, pricing pages and FAQs — is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, tax, financial or professional advice. You should not rely on it as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional regarding your specific situation.
3. Professional Services via Independent Experts
All regulated services facilitated through KanoonPe are delivered by independent, verified Chartered Accountants, Company Secretaries, advocates and other experts. They are solely responsible for the advice and work product they provide. KanoonPe verifies credentials and standardises the experience, but does not itself perform or supervise the professional work.
4. Accuracy of Information
We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on the Platform accurate and up to date, but laws, rates, government fees and procedures change frequently. We make no warranty that the content is complete, current or error-free, and we are not liable for any action taken in reliance on it.
5. Government Processing Times
Approvals, registrations, certificates and other outcomes that depend on government authorities are subject to those authorities' own processes and timelines, which are outside KanoonPe's control. We cannot guarantee the outcome or speed of any government decision. Our Filed-on-Time-or-Refund SLA covers only the steps within our control (see the Refund & Cancellation Policy).

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, including government portals. These links are provided for convenience only. KanoonPe does not control and is not responsible for the content, accuracy or practices of any external site.
7. Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KanoonPe disclaims all liability for any loss or damage arising from reliance on the information on the Platform or from the acts or omissions of the independent professionals or government authorities. This is without prejudice to your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and is subject to the limitations set out in our Terms of Service.
